30年的舉辦斷食營經驗中,有上萬人透過斷食學習到自然療癒的觀念與方法,也成功的改善了自己的健康與建立各種良好的生活習慣。斷食不只是不吃東西,更需要透過各種養生之道來養成調整日常健康的生活習慣,做為日後平時在家自己斷食或保養健康的基礎。

所以斷食營中要學習的養生方法包括以下的層面:吃飯、喝水、大小便、睡覺、心情等,這些層面的細節看似平常,卻深深的影嚮了我們的健康。想要獲得真正的健康必需從這幾個層面建立起良好的習慣,七天的斷食營就是在訓練與養成這些良好的習慣。

自我了斷|斷食

我們每天進食,健康與老化的狀況有越來越好嗎?

進食後我們的消化系統就會努力的工作,很多時候吃了太多食物,消化系統工作過量了,但是我們仍然不間斷的進食,消化系統逐漸疲累、效率變差了,其他系統也一樣,同時身體也沒有足夠的時間排除累積的毒素,慢慢身體發出最後通告—我病了。

一段時間停止進食,讓身體的各個系統減少工作與休息,能夠讓身體有足夠的時間排除體內毒素,這樣可以重啟身體的機能,改善健康狀況。

 

自我整脊|脊椎自我矯正

人們因為工作時間過長、姿勢不良、發生意外等造成脊椎的種種問題。斷食時筋骨因為排毒而變得柔軟,這時利用這段時間來矯正脊椎會有事半功倍的效果,同時可以讓身體更放鬆,讓排毒更順暢。

以自我整脊為目標,利用傳統的幾個瑜伽動作整合成一套自我整脊運動,可以更有效率的改善脊椎的健康。

斷食時身心同時在排毒,心理也可能會出現焦慮或憂慮的狀況,透過靜坐可以安定我們的身心,讓我們堅定完成斷食,同時也讓斷食後有穩定的精神能量來控制復食。

More than 30 years of experience in holding fasting camps, tens of thousands of people have learned the concepts and methods of natural healing through fasting, and have successfully improved their health and established various good living habits.


Fasting is not just about not eating, but also requires various health-preserving methods to develop and adjust daily healthy living habits as a basis for fasting or maintaining health into the future. Therefore, the health-preserving methods to be learned in the fasting camp include the following aspects: eating, drinking water, urination, sleeping, mood management, etc. The details of these aspects seem ordinary, but they deeply affect our health. To obtain real health, good habits must be established from these aspects.

Self-Fasting 
We eat every day but are our health and aging conditions getting better and better? After eating, our digestive system will work hard. Many times, we eat too much food and the digestive system works too much, but we still continue to eat. The digestive system gradually becomes tired and the efficiency becomes worse. The same is true for other systems. At the same time, the body does not have enough time to eliminate the accumulated toxins. Slowly, the body issues a final notice - I am sick. 

Stop eating for a period of time, so that the various systems of the body can reduce work and rest, so that the body can have enough time to eliminate toxins in the body and to restart the body's functions and improve health. 

Self-Chiropractic/The Spine self-correction 
People have various problems with the spine due to long working hours, poor posture, accidents, etc. When fasting, the muscles and bones become soft due to detoxification. At this time to correct the spine will have a multiplier effect, and at the same time it can make the body more relaxed and make detoxification smoother. 

With self-chiropractic as the goal, using several traditional yoga movements to integrate into a set of self-chiropractic exercises can more efficiently improve the health of the spine.
